Privacy
This Hub is instance-licensed. Logout clears the Parrot Integrated session on this machine. Delete Account permanently erases local operator data stored here.

Export the active workspace: personas, assets, calendar slots, A/B drafts, broadcasts, inbox drafts, competitors, posting windows, UTM policy, reviewer seat label, and a list of connected integrations. When Client workspaces is off, that is Default. Tokens, webhook secrets, API keys, the Fernet key, wallet internals, and the knowledge store are not included. This Hub cannot import the file.
The file can contain community names and inbound message text. Treat it as confidential.
Download workspaceOptional quiet hours per Live or Broadcast-only network. Unset networks stay 24/7. Calendar Beat holds a slot until every targeted live network is in-window. Immediate posts skip quiet networks unless you check Post anyway. Inbound replies and auto-replies are never delayed.
Optional. Off until you enable it. Outbound landing links get missing utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign. Params already on a URL are kept. Media URLs and inbound replies are never stamped. This Hub does not shorten links or count clicks.
Off by default. When on, the command-center composer can generate two cuts (two credit hits). Post A, post B, or schedule them to different calendar times. Canonical UTM, when enabled, adds utm_content=a or utm_content=b. Campaigns, auto-winners, and click shorteners are not included.
Off by default. When on, the header switcher scopes integrations, calendar, assets, personas, inbox, and RAG to the active client. Cap is 5 including Default. Archived workspaces still count toward the cap. ParrotGate login, license, wallet, kill switch, and the reviewer seat stay instance-wide. If Premium lapses or this toggle is off, the Hub stays on Default. This is not SSO, not per-client billing, and not a per-client kill switch.
Off by default. When on, this Hub pings your Slack incoming webhook, Discord incoming webhook, and/or SMTP inbox — not a client posting integration. Events: HITL waiting, crisis opened (alert/critical), credits paused, kill switch on, calendar fire failed. One send per event per workspace (or instance) every 30 minutes. Invalid URLs and missing SMTP are skipped; there is no retry storm. If Premium lapses or this toggle is off, nothing is sent. SMS, PagerDuty, push, digest mail, and per-client webhooks are not included.
Off by default. When on, download a 30-day CSV or PDF for the active workspace: successful posts, inbound volume, stored network metrics, and the posting/inbound heat-grid. Missing metrics stay not_available — never zero. This is not the JSON workspace backup, not ROI, and not email. Reviewer seats cannot download it.
Turn the toggle on to enable downloads.
Off by default. When on, this Hub records HITL approve/reject/skip, kill switch, module toggles, workspaces, emergency direct, campaign generate, integrations (platform name only), alert destination saves, and report/backup downloads. Actors are operator or reviewer:<label>. No secrets, tokens, or inbound text. 90 days / 3,000 rows. Reviewer seats cannot open /audit.
One Premium invite URL for a client or intern. They get HITL approve / reject / skip only — not composer, calendar, integrations, kill switch, or wipe. Copy the URL into your own Slack or email; this Hub does not send mail. Open it in the reviewer’s browser, not yours.
No reviewer seat yet.
Permanently erase encrypted integrations, campaign drafts, scheduled posts, asset library items, evergreen posts, HITL inbox, broadcasts, competitors, posting windows, UTM policy, reviewer seat, credit ledger, and the local knowledge base on this Hub. Then log out. Download a workspace file first if you want a copy — delete cannot be undone.
This does not cancel a ParrotGate subscription. It only wipes data stored on this instance.
